OC One Piece - Tendon

This is my One Piece original character Tendon Radius. He was once an Admiral, until his crew was killed at sea by an unknown group of pirates. After being left for dead in the sea by the pirates, he was about to sink down into abyss when he was saved by a fishing vessel, and taken to the nearest Marine base. Upon his return, he retired from the Marines. So after his retirement, he bought a small ship and begun traveling the seas in search of the mysterious pirates to get his revenge. Before his departure from the Marine base, an old woman gave him a mysterious fruit, which turned out to be a devil fruit. It was the Jiten Jiten no Mi, or Spin Spin Fruit. It gives the user the ability to spin the body, or body parts at extremely high speeds without fear of damage. This ability also allows the user to create Tornadoes by rapidly spinning the body, or body parts. So with his new powers, Tendon begins his search for the mysterious pirates, and along the way takes down any pirates he comes across.
